Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived there a couple of years ago...I loved the space but I had problems with the back bedroom always staying about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the apt. They said there was nothing they could do. Also the roaches were really bad and pest control only came through one time in 13 months.
