I couldn't agree more with the previous review. When we moved into our apt. it had not been cleaned and there were still construction supplies (calking and etc.) still sitting on a counter in our apartment. Not to mention the bathrooms (especially) hadn't been cleaned and you could tell that they were being used by the builders. We even found a roll of toilet paper in our master bathroom. Obviously the insulation is terrible. Our master bedroom is always freezing and the other bedroom is always way too warm. Since it is our child's room, we normally accomodate her which causes us to freeze in our bedroom. I have had a cold since we first moved in and it hasn't gone away. There is a lot of things (construction wise) that haven't been done. You can tell that they are trying to complete these apts. as fast as possible to get people in them without taking into consideration the fact that they aren't being built very well. The laundry area in the apt is small, we had to turn our washer sideways in order to make it fit. The management is nice but they don't seem to be very effective in what they do. Lenox Pointe might work if you move there with the mindset that you won't be there long. I definitely wouldn't live there for an extended period of time. By the way, the on-site fitness center is pretty decent.

I am glad to see that I wasn't the only person that despised these apartments and ALL aspects about them. The owner is a crook.

I would agree on the mindset part, don't stay long at all, as in, drive up, be glad you don't live there and leave as soon as possible...

lol... the problem isn't really entirely managements fault. people let their kids run wild to destroy things... leave garbage everywhere and don't pick up after their pets. the problem is more so the laziness of the residents that live there. i do agree that the place is very cheaply, quickly and poorly constructed. this isn't a place to "settle" down in. you're going to spend at least $700.00 on a one bedroom so your best bet would be to buy!
