i kinda wish that i had looked around a little more before moving into this place. the apartment complex is cheaply made and the craftsmanship of the construction company is very poor. damage to the complex from wind, rain etc... is not fixed and garbage is strewn everywhere. parking is very limited and residents park their cars wherever and however they please with no consideration for anyone else. barking dogs can be heard at all hours of the night as well as loud car stereos. many members of the staff live in the complex but choose to "overlook" much of the rule breaking as it has not improved. overall though the staff is friendly and will do anything to keep you happy. i've had a few complaints and maintenance issues and they were solved fairly quickly. i guess anywhere you rent and live with alot of people you will have to deal with things you don't like... the only way to avoid it would be to buy instead of rent. don't let the luxury in the title fool you though... this place is in no way luxury. it has potential but just isn't there yet.
