Of course Lenox Pointe LUXURY Apartments is going to have its quircks but name one other rental property that doesn't' The previous review complains of mice, but if you just moved out you were obviously living there in the winter and what animal doesn't seek warmth and shelter during winter months' Don't only blame mother nature either, check you're own cleanliness! To another previous review, parking'! are you kidding' Every car here could take up two spaces and there would STILL be room for more. To address the first review, you moved id when the apartments were brand new! Construction will always be present in any area of Warner Robins beacuse of the huge growth spurt it's experiencing! The leasing office is always friendly and attempts to bring together the entire complex every month with get togethers. So for those of you who complain about noisy neighbors, maybe if you got to know the mand expressed your complaints instead complaining about them anonymously to a website. If you think buying is better than renting, you must be mistaken. No yard work and no paying for trash, utilities included ( a set rate versus you pay what you use), and every person living in Lenos Pointe LUXURY Apartments have had background checks and the safety of the community is superb amongst competing complexes. S ofor those of you who justcan't stand the owner and his money grabbing tactics, just think of how much work it must take to maintain the apartments at the standard they're at, i'd like to see each and every one of you complainers be a contractor and run apartments for just a week and see what kind of attitudes YOUR renters would have towards your sorry reviews.

Well i guess the management is trying to get the name back out of the ground.. i was the first reviewer of this place and you know whats funny is my wife is an apartment manager and you know what hers doesnt have one bad review, the owners are wonderful, and well its not that hard to keep an apartment complex and her apartments are half the price of these so called LUXURY apartments. And for the comment about how contractors being the problem.. i dont belive it one bit my wifes apartment complex just went through a total remodel and well not one complain huh.. seems like ya'll need to get better contracters... I'm sure everyone knows this must be management or owners trying to give this apartments a good name again. well dont believe them! the apartments SUCK, are way to high for what you get... NOTHING but a pain in your BUTT

This wasn't written by the owner because it's too articulate and all the words are spelled correctly but you can bet your you-know-what that he absolutely had something to do with it. Give me a break with that business about animals seeking shelter garbage. It wasn't the mouse problem that drove the tenant away- it was how the problem was handled by management. Both lenox park and lenox pointe are poorly managed. If their main. man can't fix it you're out of luck. There's plenty of parking probably because there are a lot of unoccupied apartments. Maybe people complain here because management ignores them. I seriously doubt the owner pays for background checks. Maybe he has them run your credit but I lived in one of the lenox places and I can assure you that my upstairs neighbors never had a background check or they would not have been living there...however, we are talking about the lenox places and I very much believe that they don't turn down anyone because they need tenants badly. Safety? Are you kidding? One of their courtesy officers never answers her phone. Good luck with that. The last sentence in your review made no sense what so ever...we should be contractors who run apartments and we should see what our tenants think of these sorry reviews? Okay, now I am convinced that the owner wrote this!

i love lenox pointe and so do my kids! even though we recently moved out after 2 and a half years (to be homeowners) i'd recommend Lenox Pointe to anybody who was apartment searching!

If anyone seen the owners house down the road, you would find out why he is a crook...must be nice to have a 10,000 sq. ft. home...
