I WAS HERE A YEAR AND CONTINUED TO SEE THE SAME BEHAVIOR. THE LANDLORD AND ASSISSTANT AND MORE WORRIED ABOUT THEIR FREQUENT MALE VISITORS THAN THEY ARE ABOUT HELPING TENANTS. AND THIS IS DURING BUSINESS HOURS. COUNTLESS TIMES I HAD WENT TO THE OFFICE WITH A QUESTION OR REQUEST JUST TO BE MET WITH SARCASM OR A LONG WAITING PERIOD. (WAITING BECAUSE SHE WAS TALKING PERSONAL BUSINESS WITH FRIENDS AND VISITORS) I THINK THE PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,AND PETTY. THEY LET CHILDREN DELIVER ANNOUNCEMENTS LIKE INSPECTION OR POLICY CHANGES OR PEST CONTROL. THE RESULT IS MANY TENANTS END UP NEVER GETTING THEIR PAPERS. THE ONLY THING I CONTINUALLY LIKED ABOUT THE GROUNDS WAS THE LANDSCAPE.

The service here is very unprofessional, I was a prospective tenant and the office staff (especially Cynthia) kept giving me the run around about all my verifications were not in. She made no effort to really help me and on top of that she always had an attitude. This office is in dire need of restructuring.

This happened to me also, I had to keep calling her and it took me 5 months to get moved it. Per her, I was on a waiting list. I finally told her that I was moving to another apartment and she finally had an apartment available.
