I haved lived in Ridge Landing for a year and a half, I needed somewhere to move very bad back then and took the first apartment complex that called me back! Bad idea! My car has been dented to death by people who have no concept of what the parking SPOTS are for!! We can never park infront of our building because there is another renter that takes up three spots, she is NEVER in the lines, but she is always OVER them! Had kids throwing parties at ALL hours of the night, I had to call the police on several occasions! AND to top all that A WOMEN WAS SHOT IN THE PARKING LOT!!!!! It did feel pretty safe until it got dark. The carpet in the apartment was dark pink, shaggy looking stuff, YUCK! The wallpaper looked like it was from the 60's, they were just very old! For the price they were a VERY good size, and the fireplace was nice! Plus they throw in basic cable at no charge, that is always a plus!

We have had three different managers while we lived there. The current one is the best! She is very friendly and oh so HELPFUL!

The biggest problem I would say is the trashy, ghetto people who live there and don't care about anyone around them!!!
