I have lived on the property for 4 years. I have enjoyed the quietness here until recently. It is not extremely nosey, but not what I am used to. That is true about leaving anything of value on the balcony. The first month I moved in, I had items removed. That and the apartments themselves need a makeover. The ceilings leak in just about every apartment I have visited. Mainly in the bathroom. Other than that, I have enjoyed the area.I have not noticed any loitering. I see a lot of people walking their dogs and just power walking. But actual just loitering-no.
