Well to start off. We don't even live inside the gates. And from what I have heard, thats a good thing. Parking is a nightmare. We have 2 infants and have to walk a good distance of atleast 50 yeards from the building when we park. And when my wife is by herself she has to carry both of them. The outsides of the apartments are very unkept. Now we go into the inside. The floor plan is decent. One thing I still have no idea why they did this, but they have PLASTIC PIPES. The area above our washer and drierwas replaced due to the people who lived above us had a leak and ruined the ceiling. They did a very pisspoor job replacing it. And no it leaks AGAIN. I'm guessing from the plastic pipes busting from the hot water. And that has happened to a few apartments in my building since we moved in. The pest problem is the worst I have ever seen. I feel like I'm living in the apartment from the movie Joes Apartment. When you can walk through the house at any given time and count 20 roaches, thats a problem. Now complain about it since you move in(6 months ago) and still have the problem to this day. That speaks for their service. The noise around there is horrible. We have called the cops a good 5 times in 3 months about noise. Over all I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Its bad enough that I'm willing to pay the 1000 to get out of the lease. I wouldn't even recommend it to people I don't like just for the 200 referral fee. DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE> All of this is true. There are roaches in your apartment eating your food and sitting on your dishes. As well as the big roaches outside. NASTY
