Do not move here first off the Apartment Gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter and my bill usually runs about $250 a month in the summer call mantenance and all they do is change the air filter. There is no security.The people down stairs are always playing there music so loud that sometimes I cant even hear my own tv. I told the management several times but they have done nothing. People are always outside reving up there engines and yelling outside sometimes wakeing me up a 2:30am. There are much better deals out there for apartments pay the extra money and dont move here you will be glad you did.

YOU CAN'T FAULT MANAGEMENT FOR WHAT YOUR NAEIGHBORS ARE DOING...I HAD THAT SAME PROBLEM AND WHAT I DID WAS HAVE THE MANAGEMENT HEAR FOR THEMSELVES WHAT THE NEIGHBORS WERE DOING AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT.

My electricity bill was never that high, but I lived in a wall unit apartment, only cooled the living room off. My bedroom was so hot. I totally agree with the management not taking care of what needs to be taken care of. They see what goes on up there, and choose to look the other way. My apartment smelled like weed, the people above smoked in there house which traveled to mine. I tried to get the office to come and smell they told me theres nothing they can do. I guess I was suppose to get high everyday. I know you cant accuse anyone but come on. I dont want my clothes smelling like it and then going to work and get a random drug test.
