I lived at Sandpiper for over 4yrs. I never had any problems with management,maintenance,crime or bugs. I guess some people just dont under stand apartment living. No matter where you live or where you go you will always have problems with crime, parking, & loud neighbors,if you get lucky you move next to a good quiet person. But I dont at all put the blame on management. They over see 530 apartments every day that in it self is a very hard job. What other community to do you know that has partys , yard sales ,movie nights, egg hunts for the kids & it is all fee to you. I love the ladies at the office & the management company. As for maintenance,I love the guys they always came right out to fix any problem I had. Yes the apartments are older but sometimes things just go bad or break. I never had any problems with bugs(maybe that is because I keep my house clean). I would recommed someone to live at this community & I would move back if I ever needed to.

I think that this person is the leasing agent that i wrote about in the prior review. Obviously. How else would they know how many apartments are overseen everyday? Good Job...

I AGREE!!! AND THE PERSON THAT WROTE THIS IS NOT A LEASING AGENT YOU GENIUS, SHE IS AFRIEND OF MINE AND I ASSURE YOU THAT EVERYTHING SHE SAYS IS QUITE TRUE.

I agree! There are some great folks in the office, they don't make the number of apts a secret! Nor, the pool parties with an awesome DJ- christmas party, movie nights, kids night, etc... ALL FREE TO RESIDENTS!!! I have lived there for over 4 yrs and I can guarantee you I am not the leasing agent! I have never really had a problem with my heat, bugs, or anything else; that is not to say nothing has ever broken- my A/C started leaking on a holiday weekend and it only took maintainence less than a half hour to come fix it!

They did have parties for the residents to attend. Each one I went to had a couple fights break out. This one time these girls chased somebody with a limb off a tree. Everybody has alot to do at work, it doesnt matter if your overseeing apartments or people. What if you complained to your boss and they did nothing to fix the problem, you would be upset and quit. No difference than an apartment complex.
