I just moved out of Sandpiper and enjoyed living there for over 3 years. My Husband and I lived on the lake and could fish out our back door. We loved it and the staff was always very freindly and helpful.

The lake was nice, but it has a horrible smell. You could smell it for miles. There is nasty stuff floating in it.
