I LOVE MY RESIDENCE!!...SANDPIPER HAS AN AWESOME STAFF...HOT LEASING LADIES..AND EXCELLENT ONSITE MAINTENANCE.. THAY HAVE HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH SECURITY BEFORE BUT WITH THE NEW BACKGROUND CHECKS EVERYTHING IS GETTING ALOT BETTER...THE NEW LANDSCAPING ON THE GROUNDS IS BEAUTIFUL AND MY BUILDING IS GETTING PAINTED NEXT WEEK..I CAN ALSO FISH OFF MY BALCONY WHICH IS AWESOME CAUSE MY DAD CAN COME OVER EVERY WEEKEND AND TAKE ADVANTAGE!...I ALSO LOVE THE BALLOONS AT THE GATE EVERY MORNING...VERY COLORFUL!...THEY ALSO HAVE LOTS OF EVENTS TO TAKE PART IN EVERY DAY...SNOW CONE DAY, ICE CREAM DAY, MOVIE NIGHT (IN A REAL THEATER) AND HOT DOG DAY ON THURSDAY!...I ADIVSE YOU TO TAKE A LOOK AT THIS PLACE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY!!!

LMAO!! I WONDER IF GADAISY18 IS A LEASING AGENT??? I ENJOYED THIS RESIDENCE WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN, BUT AS TIME GOES ON IT KEEPS GOING DOWN HILL AND DISAPPOINTS ME. FIRST, ROACHES AND ANTS ARE OUT OF CONTROL. NO MATTER HOW CLEAN YOU KEEP YOUR HOW YOU SEE AN EXCESSIVE ABOUT OF THEM. I TELL THE BUG MAN EVERY TIME HE COMES BUT ALL HE SAYS IS "IT TAKES TIME". WELL, TIME STILL HASN'T CAME. WHEN YOU WALK OUT FROM YOU SEE THEM SCATTER AS WELL AS ANTS. MY BOYFRIEND, OUR NABORS IN THE NEXT BUILDING OVER AND MY CAR HAS HAD ANTS ON THE INSIDE OF OUR CARS. THE RESIDENCE PEOPLE HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR ANYBODY MOST OF THE TIME THERE ARE CARS THAT PARK IN 2 SPOTS INSTEAD OF 1. PEOPLE FLY THREW HER LIKE IT'S A RACE TRACK. I COULDN'T TELL YOU HOW MANY TIME'S I'VE ALMOST GOTTEN HIT. THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE NEXT DOOR KEEP THEIR MUSIC ON ALL THE TIME AS LOUD AS IT GOES. AS WELL AS THESE PEOPLE MUST THINK THEY LIVE AT "HOME". I SEE PEOPLE JUST TROW OUT PAPER AND COKE, AND BEERS CANS ALL THE TIME. I BELIEVE ONCE THEY START DOING BACKGROUND CHECKS ON PEOPLE THIS RESIDENCE WILL BE ONE GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

The reason you have problems with bugs is because it's probably from your neighbors. I had the same problem with bugs in my apartment but once the people upstairs moved out, I didn't have a problem with them anymore. The people that moved in above me now are neat and clean and I haven't had any more problems. As for the ants, well this is the south and it is summertime. Ants are known to be unwelcome during this time of the year. Keep the sugar in the fridge and kitchen free of standing open foods and you shouldn't have this problem either. Living near the water also causes you to have a bug problem if that's the case move to another apartment in the complex. You'll see a drastic reduction in your bug problem. I don't work for Sandpiper, I just think that the staff can't be responsible for things that you can handle on your own.
