I moved here from another state. They are very friendly they will work with you. It quiet a very pleasent place. the only thing is that I can say is that they need to do back ground check on the people that move in here all it takes is for one person to mess it up for everyone. mostly all the resident that live here are friendly most of them stay to themselves. It's a nice place to call home.

FROM WHAT I HERE...SANDPIPER IS STARTING TO DO BACKGROUND CHECKS ON 8/10/08...SO THAT WILL MAKE IT A LITTLE SAFER FOR RESIDENTS

the bad elements will still walk in from castaways and other close by complexes to break in to cars and deal drugs. Be sure to call the police department they will give you the real story on safety in this area. (478) 929-1170
