i'm just out of college and this place immediately felt like home. the staff is very friendly and responsive... they know me by name not my apartment number... the rent is cheap. I got all new appliances when i moved in, plus fresh carpet and paint. my only complaint would be the lack of central air in the one bed room... there is a/c but its an integrated unit from your back porch. It more than cools the apartment, just doesnt look nice. But i hid mines with my sofa.
