I will say the staff is friendly and maintenance does come promptly but the apartments are very old, we have had enormous problems with cockroaches, rats and loud neighbors. Several of the fitness machines are broken and one has been down for the entire year that I have been there. I am so disappointed because I was hoping that we could make Sandpiper our home. Unfortunately, we will probably be moving AGAIN!
