Moving into Sandpiper was a breeze. The office staff is awesome and they're all real pretty too! I chose a refurbished unit to call home. I was apprehensive at first, but the apartment turned out to be great. My two bedroom, two bathroom unit suited me well. I have a great view of Leisure Lake and enjoy spending evenings on the new swings at the lake's edge.

Maitenance is first class. I've had a few requests since living here, and have always received prompt service. I highly recommend Sandpiper! You can't beat the location or value.

Also, managment holds regular events to include movie nights for kids and adults, an annual community wide yard sale, and numerous parties for holidays and special ocassions.

Lastly, they have a big swmming pool, gym, and community center that can be rented for parties and such!

Location is difficult. No turn lights on either Kimberly or Moody so its hard to make quick trips to walmart with out having to take extra roads. Is by a lake so lots of bugs and flies. It is not worth how much you have to pay here. Seriously. You will get the same qaulity at a place $200 dollars cheaper.
