I've lived in Sandpiper now for eight months...I couldn't be more pleased! The staff is exceptional and always helpful. The amenities are perfect, free car vacuum, wash station, gym (brand new equipment by the way!) and scenic surroundings. I can't say enough good about this place. I read the reviews with the negative comments and wonder where they live...it must not be in the same complex or they created their own issues.
Move-in was spot-on, lease was clear and fully explained. The pest control works like clockwork and I have no issues with bugs or rodents. The complex is pleasantly diverse, I have young, elderly, single parent and married...all polite and helpful. I was locked out of my apartment late Sunday night and a neighbor offered her phone to call maintenance, who arrived in under 15 minutes...absolutely awesome! Speaking of maintenance the staff here is top-notch, two issues called in and fixed in a timely manner...really...I love it here! Last thing...their 40-seat theater rocks...movie nights once a week during the summer! Big 5-stars from me! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

kinda sad apartment employees writing reviews like this. Dont forget the $45 fee for an after hours lock out. These apartment are between a lake and woods they will always have bugs. Divers is funny its a ghetto. Crime is horrible neighbor got his door kickerd in twice. Police are no help they assume since you live there you are a criminal too!

Which leasing agent or talked into friend wrote this BS. And where in the complex do you live I just bought a brand new car never ate in or and no trash in it and it is covered in ants from the parking lot!! Bit me all over today as I was driving around doing some work to get out of this apartment complex. Everyone knows Sandpiper to be the ghetto for drugs, crime, etc. If only Id knew before. Now I'm paying over $600 to live in the hood that I coulda just paid $300 to $400 for and probaby been alot more happier.

This has got to be one of the bimbos that work in the leasing office that get paid with sex and drugs from the residents... we had roaches the second day we moved in. Had a friend over who had 2 kids... they were using the pool and they kicked us out because even though the kids were the ones using the pool i still had too many guests.. so they kicked out a 5 and 6 year old whose parents are getting divorced. Also.. im afraid everyday that if i breathe the wrong way im gonna catch something.
