I HATE IT NO PARKING, LAZY STAFF, HORRIBLE BUG PROBLEM AND THE APT IS NOT UPDATED EVERYTHING IS OLD AND WORN!!! NOT SAFE AT ALL!!!

I live at Sandpiper and this is how i look at your issues. If you have a bug problem then call the office and get them to spray again. The apartment is also in a wooded area, so were going to have a few bugs. Thats just a fact, and I dont know about you, but i was shown my apartment before i moved in. If you didnt like it then you didnt have to take the apartment and could have gotten your deposit back. I have lived here for three years and have never felt unsafe and the staff is always willing to help me when i have had even the smallest problem. Are you sure your living at Sandpiper?

Yeah! I have been at Sandpiper for 2 years and love it here. First if you think the staff is lazy then you have never met them. You must have moved in blind folded. Uh it is the woods you are going to have a few bugs and yeah it is an older property. If you had done your research you would know that. You should have never moved in if you did not like it here. I love it!
