Quiet and good overall apartments. They have changed direction from their management company. New requirements for checkout include: clean all the windows, pull out oven and clean behind, have carpets professionally cleaned, etc. Very disapointing check-out procedure. This is the only complex I have seen where the owners expect the tennents to professionally clean the apartment, including the floors. I wonder what the $250 non-refundable lease fee went towards.
