What you see isn't wahat you get. I was shown an apartment that was as neat as a pin. The one I got has mold/mildew, cant see out of fogged double pain windows, faucets leak and are rusty, dishwasher missing parts, cant cloose lock sliding patio door, etc. Dog dropping everywhere and management won't do anything about it (even though it's in violation of lease). The list goes on and on ;-)
