here is dog ---- everywhere.No one picks up after there animals (they allow big dogs) every month there was a letter on your door telling people to pick up after there dogs.I was interview by the police three different times about someone in the apartment complex when I lived there.My girlfriend s brand new car was victim of a hit and run when we live there.The water company they use is a private company and cost about ten more dollars a month than it would in the city.They only allow you to let them know about moving out on the first of the month.So I got screw into paying another months rent that I was not expecting too or could afford with my house payment.So I had to start working overtime to pay for it.The rent is due on the fifth of the month.My girlfriend went down there on the fourth and told one of the staff that we don't live there and where having a hard time paying the rent but we had half of it and told her she can have the keys back and we pay the other half when I got paid in two weeks.The staff member told my girlfriend that she couldn't take a half payment and she won't take the keys until the end of the month and told us just to pay it in two weeks with of course a 75 late fee.Which I didn't really get mad at what she said because that about what I excepted.SEVEN DAYS LATER SOUTHLAND STATION SUES ME FOR THE RENT MONEY AND ADDS 200 MORE DOLLARS FOR THE WARRENT THEY ISSUE FOR MY AREST IN ADDTION TO THE 75 LATE FEE.The staff member my girlfriend talked to didn't say anything at all about them going to SUE ME in seven days.When we went down there to talk to the about the warrant paper on the door the staff member said it was there policy to do that.If it was there policy then they could have told my girlfriend of this policy on the fourth. They are crooks run by a big corporation that really don t care about any thing but money and jump on the chance to charge you anything they can.

Everybody I talk to says the same thing, they like to trick people, becareful thats what they say...This place sucks
