I'm not really a one to write on these kind of forums but I find myself reading up on my new apartment relying on others opinnions to help me choose a new aparmtment. So i feel that I need to come by and clear somethings up. First off there are no large dogs running around the apartment complex. Ive lived there since appox.August of 2004 and left in November of 2007. The land scaping here is just beautiful. There have two pools, volleyball court, and a tennis court. To top everything off which is my favorite place of all. They have a place where you can wash your car and guess what' "ITS FREE!!" I see alot of complaints about the new staff. The new staff took sometime to ust too just like anyone new you come in contact with. I loved the old staff just as much if not more than the anyone but in time the new staff opened up as if I knew they would. They are great people. As far as the people there in the community go they are great people as well. I loved to party and had a few but I would always let the neighbors know and gave them my number so if things got to loud they could call me instead of getting or calling the police on me, which still happened by the way. Some sections of the apartment loved to party some liked for it to be quiet. That is everywhere you go. My only complaint was for rent to go up every year, but what can you say. This was my very first apartment and if i I was affording the oppertunity to do it all over again, i'd be there tomorrow. I see that alot of people but comment in here annoymous. I agree, it is truly a "party" place. There are beer parties at the pool, and quite the swinging singles life. If you are young and a partier this is the place for you. If you are a family, have children, and like a more respectable life, stay away. There are bugs big time all spring and summer you are over run with ants and roaches. The apartments are getting old and are in constant need of repair. Maintenace is wonderful, and they do their best. But it really needs a major overhaul. Your neighbors overflow their tubs and it runs down your walls and your ceiling flakes off. Not to mention tons of stray cats that will spray all night. So if you are a partier and love animals, this is the place for you. Oh yes don't move here with a new vehicle - there is absolutely no respect - I have had more dings and scratches since I lived here. They are also not ADA compliant, nor do they feel that they have to be - word to the wise!
