WATER PROBLEMS IF YOU LIKE BEING INCONVENIENCED BY YOUR WATER BEING TURNED OFF THEN MOVE HERE!! You are never notified when they turn off the water! I have a small child that needs water and at any given time to water is off!! Its an OK place to stay until the water gets turned off!

I can not complain I have been a resident at OV for 2 years now and I would suggest this complex to anyone. It is a small community, but its quiet. The office staff has ALWAYS been friendly and responsive if I need anything. My power and water bill have always been reasonable as well.
