Noisy, Noisy, Noisy, on the Inside

Dogs(there are 8 of them on my side of the building alone) bark day and night with no relief in sight. Upstairs neighbors stomp around so hard that the dishes rattle in the cabinets. But you can't place the blame on them completely because the insulation is so thin you can also hear their conversations, along with anything else that they might feel like doing at all hours.
The gates on the right side of the complex are open nearly 24/7, so it's not worth paying to live in a "gated community." Management is nice but these apartments aren't built very well.

You knew there were pets when you moved into a pet friendly community. If you report it to the office staff, they can send letters and do whatever they need to to ensure people are taking care of their pets.

And you (from the office, obviously) know that it doesn't work. As long as they pay their rent tenants can have 2 huge dogs in a tiny one bedroom apt and mgt won't care. You don't have to live under them; why should you care? Try again.

Yea.......LOL..... Everyone I know that has reported problems OFFICE does nothing. Why report anymore when all they do is sit up there and yak and eat and do nothing? I have neighbors around me leaving because of the staff. This place is a nightmare, anybody looking I would take all advice you read here.
