This place is a dump...literally

If you like to party and don't care that you live in a dump then this is the place for you. Most of the neighbors here are noisy. Residents litter the grounds with trash, cigarette butts, and don't pick up after their pets. The securtity gates are broken most of the time and therefore do not offer much security at all. There have been many incidents of vnadalism that could have been avoiderd if there was more security. In most complexes, if you bring problems like this to the attention of the staff, something is done about it. That is not the case at Alta Ridgewalk. We were told by the staff that there was nothing they could do about the litter, noise, and dog poop. The staff is lazy and they don't show any interest in helping residents or resolving problems within the community.

I could not disagree more. All communities have their share of issues. I feel that the staff has been more than cooperative in responding to any issues brought to their attention if it needs to be addressed. I've found that the people who dislike the property are the ones that got a complaint letter or phone call.

I have to disagree!! The staff is LAZY, they make promises just to justify the moment. They DO NOT do anything about inopertive vechiles, they do not care how many residents live in an apartment, they don't care if you do drugs, they will probaly join you. Hey you may get some free rent if you share. They JUST DO NOT care!!! So come along if you love lazy mangers that do nothing, bring your drugs, dogs and your whole family, they don't care, oh yea bring your broken down cars and park them. You may have to walk a little to park because there is never parking at night, so if you have kids, pull the strollers out, oh yea and they will learn all about drugs here, the smell, the people, because they will see them come and go, they may even get offer some!! And let me end with the kids that run around here, never supervised, scream and yell and will even tell you where to go. Yea Great Place!!!!! LOL
