This place has gotton bad off and from all the recent comments, obviously the office is tapping in here and then that just confims, "They aren't doing there job because they are on the computer making reviews and they keep editing there comments on "Such a nice place to live"." This is better then a message board. ALL you guys are doing is advertising for this web site, HELLO! They just asked one person from making to many complaints around here to leave, can you believe that' The FAMILY didn't have parking at their building, they even gave a desciption of cars with no decals and the broken down ones and the OFFICE told the family to go, I mean VACATE the apartment and the premises!! Now I really see how this place is working OR NOT. This place is taking a nose dive fast. Would not recommend the place to anyone, RUN FOR YOUR DEAR LIVES , just read the comments, this is hystercal and it just tells you alot about this place :):) LOL

Dear " This is hysterical " Everything you write is soooo touching, I weep for you. Hey I just had a thought...... Atleast "They have a job" Do you? Must not, due to the time you spend on this site. By the way I am not a staff member but I sure wish I was, because if I were I would make it my business to press charges for the slander and lies being spread on this site. You might want to read the agreement that goes with posting messages on this site again. Example: Like the person who posted that a girl was abducted from her apartment who lived here....WRONG - Check your facts, she actually went missing from WAL*MART. When you were a kid did'nt your parents tell you lying is WRONG?

Whatever apartment community you move to - Did you see if they have a Satisfaction Guarentee? You will not find one that does! Due to residents like yourself. When you buy your clothes, Cars etc. Do you get to drive them around or wear your clothes for 6 months and if your not happy, get to return them, NO. Obviously you have no clue. Wish you luck at your new apartment, but some people just can't be satisfied. p.s. How childish are you to talk about people's physical appearence. What a shame.

Dear bye bye888 and byby6969 one says your not office staff, the other doesn't say, but it is apparent both of you are, if you have issues like you do and want to slander other residents, why don't you confront them? It just goes to show people how shallow this place is! I can not believe your corporate office and your On site Manger condones this behavior out of you guys. You really have set the bar high, yea buddy, I want to refer you guys. No wonder this place is as bad as it is. This is pretty shallow, it is apparent the office is mad at someone and is going to single them out. Terraces at Towne Lake is for you " First of all you can't talk about big butts, not when all of you up there have them-Especially the "new manager, whom wears her pants that show her cellulite, you really need to know how to carry yourself in a professional manner. That is why it had gotten as bad as it has around here. You guys do not act, nor dress in a professional manner. This place is becoming the biggest joke and so are all of you guys up at the office. It is apparent you work in the office along with bye bye888, and happy @ Alta, and the other few that came right after every bad review from the beginning, which I guess I kinda don't blame you, you gotta raise your scores somehow, but don't you get it. If you all did your job up there, this place would not be falling apart. It may look pretty on the outside, from a birds eye view now, but it sure is ugly on the inside. I have to agree with some of the other comments. If you are the office and I am sure of it, Have some class or take some one, the management sucks and for "The Lane Company" and The Office Manger to condone this behavior to go on and on, rather then trying to fix the problems, it just shows how shallow this place has gotten. Everyone knows or feels like you guys do not care, because you don't do anything, and for you to belittle yourself to the standards you have, that is pretty shallow in my book. You keep slandering everyone, if they don't like apartment living to leave, have you ever thought it really may be just the community we live in and not just apartment living. If The Lane Company -Alta @ Ridgewalk is so confident that their staff is doing a great and doing a superb job and their is plenty of happy people here, why don't you offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" ? Give every resident the option to break their lease if they feel that unhappy here. Someone wrote earlier asking or telling to give suggestions, there it is~on the table. But we all know Alta won't do it, but there is a suggestion. Why don't you guys sign a form if a resident is not happy they have the option to break their lease with no penalties. Or Lane company will pay them. Let see how confident you are now. That is the only reason I haven't left yet. But as soon as my lease is up, I am our of here. By the way I really don't want to physically move, but I am not happy here. I will be moving to another apartment community. FYI~had you satisfied my complaints, I might have stayed. Happy to be leaving soon, but not soon enough :) Look at yourself, you or your buddy started it with telling someone to take their big whiny butt somewhere. I am just telling it like it is. You must be the one who brightens Alta with your smile everyday:)
