The OLD review is belowNEW MANGEMENT NEW PLACE!! THE OFFICE ALREADY LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY TEND TO YOUR NEEDS AND DON'T LOOK DOWN UPON YOU. THEY WANT TO KNOW WHAT THEY CAN DO, TO MAKE THIS A BETTER PLACE. NOW I REALLY THINK YOU WILL LOVE TO LIVE AT ALTA. THIS IS REALLY WHAT THIS PLACE NEEDED, NEW MANAGEMENT, AND THEY WORK, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, THYE ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. GOD DOES WORK WONDERS. THEY STILL HAVE ALOT OF KINKS TO WORK OUT AROUND HERE BUT IN A FEW MONTHS, I THINK THIS WILL BE A MUCH BETTER PLACE. I MAY EVEN GIVE IT A SECOND CHANCE, WHEN AS BEFORE THERE WAS NO WAY IN %^@# I WOULD HAVE RESIGNED MY LEASE IT REALLY SEEMS LIKE THE NEW MANGEMENT IS TRING TO CLEAN UP AROUND HERE, THEY HAVE THERE WORK CUT OUT FOR THEM BUT, IF THEY KEEP IT UP, THEY CAN DO IT.

Just look what is going on this web site between the tenants and office staff. Do you want to live here' It seems the management around here has gone. There is a lot of turn over in the office, and the new mangement is ugly. As far as being anonymous, why should any tentents give Alta the satisfaction who anybody is making reviews around here. I just heard about this web site and wanted to make my review. I am just waiting for my lease to be up. I have put my input with the staff around here several times and they just don't do anything, apartment living can be plesent if the staff remotely acted in a way to try to please tenants and resolve issues that needed attention, but there has been to many times they could have did something and choose not to. My breezeway is always trashed, I have let the office know and nothing gets done. I have dog feces everywhere you try to walk. They do not inforce that issue with tentants. This just one of many. They really need to clean up around here. I guess the only reason it seems fishy is because the staff has sat on the butts for so long they are starting to smell themselves. I have one staff member whos daughter is kept by a lady in my building and all her and her husband do is fight in our parking lot. And on top of things she airs out her problems and her husbands drug addiction, maybe that is why the staff loves it so much here, they have there connection. They know what problems are here, they know about the dog feces and people trashing this place, but there is so much trash, they have just decided to leave it be. Who enjoys coming home when your breezway has been sprayed painted, you can not even keep decoration outside your door, because people trash it, & you step in dog feces 24/7, believe me the list goes on and on. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

The only thing they enforce are things they can make money on like: towing cars, charging pet owners a monthly fee, fees for cigarette butts. I have had to call three times to get the dog waste bags refilled and hopefully they will do it this time. So if you see dog waste, it might be because they haven't replaced the bags.

I haven't had cars towed at my building, nor have they charged any pet owners for dog feces, or cig butts. That doesn't surprise me that you have had to call 3x's to get something done. You may want to watch out. The last person who complained was told to leave. Rather then tring to take care and resolve issues, they said BYEBYE. Really "They are exercising their right not to renew their lease." Yea buddy, I so want my friends and family here, and want to recommend it to everyone. "NOT" And on top of that they never took care of their complaints, isn't that funny, it is a joke around here. It doesn't matter, they aren't going to do anything. I don't even know why there is rules. They make them and then they tell you that they have to see it for themselves, well how is that goin to ever happen when all they do is sit on their whiny big butts and respond on this web site with all the other people. My friends around me know it does no good to call them, so I wouldn't even waste your time anymore.

Nobody does anything. The dog feces are huge and nobody clean or put in their bags. the people don't care about others. It's too much expensive for what are you receiving.

New management is a great idea, get rid of the bad and in with the new and improved! Don't give up hope, it will bet BETTER!
