This place is spiraling fast. Management sucks, the ground's are getting trashed left and right, noise is not so bad in my building but I heard it is in others, the breezeways are horrible, the gates suck, they may as well leave them open, cars follow you in all the time. Cars are not being tagged and towed, I have received 3 different letters in the month of January- beginning, middle and end, that they are going to start towing, I have not seen one tow truck, plus I still have cars in my parking lot broken down, and there
is a number of them without decals, that live with other people, yea decals did alot of good. They don't care here, signs and letters does not take care of issues. NOW working and doing something does. People are parking on the curbs and in the grass at night because there is no parking, it is a complete nightmare. Plus they are being broken into. Yea you have to wathc your cars around here. You want entertainment, call the police and fire department and ask them how many times they come on a daily, yes daily basis. There was EMT's coming here the other night for an emergency, sirens, lights and all........ They had to flagged someone down, YES THE EMT'S HAD TO FLAG SOMEONE DOWN, to get in the gates, I guess their wasn't anybody there to follow, I had hope and prayed who ever they were coming for was OK, because the gates were screwed up. I did go tell the people what happen who called them, just in case someone was to DIE, that would be on ALTA's hands. Doesn't that make you feel safe. Management sucks most of all and that is the bottom line. And when you have poor and lazy management, you have big problems. I came from a higher priced community in a different state and, the saying is right, you get what you pay for. They keep blasting people on this web site to leave and go get a house, or go somewhere else, don't they realize some people are not going to screw up there credit and finish there lease out' I think they are all ignorant here. And obviously bored from the office's responses. It is to bad the old manager left, she actually made a difference and did something about issues. No wonder she ran. She doesn't even work for the company at all. I would like to say what they are running this property like, but I can't, all I can say is to anyone looking "RUN, RUN as fast as you can." I will never renew, or live at another one of their properties. I think I would even have to warn my worst enemy on this one.

I think it is comical how many people you see leaving, and no one is staying. I personally know 6 residents here and everyone of them is upset for all the same reasons. And they are all leaving with in the next 3 months, not one of them is staying, because of this property and its staff.

The staff has changed and the community is getting better!
