IT IS A GREAT DAY AT ALTA!! NOT ONLY ARE WE LEAVING, BUT 1 OTHER RESIDENT IS LEAVING THIS WEEKEND TOO IN OUR BREEZEWAY ALONE. THERE IS 14 UNITS IN OUR BREEZEWAY, 10 WHICH ARE FILLED AND 5 ARE LEAVING BECAUSE OF THE OFFICE STAFF AND ITS MANAGEMENT. NONE OF US ARE HAPPY HERE. OFFICE MANAGEMENT IS NOT ONLY LAZY, BUT THEY ARE PATHETIC. 3 OTHERS ARE LEAVING AT THE END OF NEXT MONTH AND AND 2 THIS WEEKEND. EVERYONE HAS THE SAME COMPLAINTS, AND THE OFFICE DOES NOT ONLY NOT CARE BUT DOES NOTHING ABOUT ANYTHING! IT IS A JOKE AND SO ARE THEY! NOW FROM ALL OTHER RESPONSES AND REVIEWS, I WOULD EXPECT NOTHING LESS FOR A GREAT REVIEW TO COME AFTER THIS. SO TO YOU GUYS UP THERE PLEASE DON'T LET US DOWN. AFTER ALL, YOU HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THEN SURF THE WEB AND SHOP ONLINE. OUR YEA, EAT YOUR COOKIES TOO, IT IS APPARENT THAT IS HAPPENING. SO GO AHEAD BRIGHTEN OUR DAY WITH YOUR SMILES AND RESPONSES.

I WILL GIVE THE MAINTANCE MEN AN A , THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WORKING!!


Well, after we all left New Management took over, oh well....A little late, hopefully things will improve. The new manager was very nice and very well mannered, I am just sorry we could not give them a chance.

very true the maintenance guy sshow up and fix and work i did see one one having to pick up alll the poop that the dog owners should have done themselves, but the office girls r rude nasty if they ever answer the phone,
