The apartments themselves are nice. Interior design is much nicer than any of the other partments we looked at before moving here. The problem, is the people being rented to lately. Had to call the police at 3 am on Wednesday because there was a group of kids drinking outside my window. Neighbors upstairs are horribly loud. Have complained to them numerous times. Managment has not returned any phone calls about this issue either. Trash is constantly littered all over the place. Dump is constantly over-flowing (Feel VERY sorry for people living near it.) Something wrong with front gates. Do not feel the complex is very secure. Pass codes to the walk-in gate is general code, meaning everyone and their friends all have entrance. Computer in business office are never working. The last time I was at the pool, people were drinking beer, while in the pool. Doo poo everywhere. I know it's not fun cleaning the stuff up, I have a dog, but give me a break. I can't open my bedroom window because there is so much of it outside I can smell it. On the other hand, maintenance has always been quick to respond to issues.

I completely agree with you on all points. I have had too many issues with people making noise after hours. July 3rd and 4th were the worst yet with fireworks being set off at 3am. This was annoying and very dangerous. Guess they didn't see the apartments over by the movie theatre in Town Lake burn down just the night before! I complained about the trash but did not see an improvement until I took pictures of it with a digital camera and gave them a time frame to clean it up and keep it clean. I advised the office that if it were trash was left outside the dumpster for more than half a day, the pictures were going to city officials and the media. Things have improved with that as well if you have noticed there is a much larger dumpster now installed which can handle the volume of garbage from this complex. As far as the negative things still happening, Dog Sh** is a big problem, parking is still a big problem and the noise is still a big problem. None of these last few problems are being addressed at all. It is sad as you said the inside of the apartments are nice but some of the people living here are making this a horrible place to live. Your rating is valid and I completely agree with the score.
