I currently live at alta ridgewalk and I am ready to go. The apartments are very nice but the managment Signature mang. SUCKS! They are horrible. They are rude and when you call in for a request they dont take it down half the time. I have to park along the curb half way up the street bc there are not enough parking spaces. People speed through the neighborhood all the time. Animal ---- is all over the place so when you go outside whats the 1st thing you smell thats right POOP. Not to mention neighbors leaving trash out and the managment doesnt care. They wonder why bugs are coming in.. Also YOu can hear everything the people below you are doing and saying. In the winter the windows get mold and mildew all over the INSIDE.
