The person downstairs thought they were god, and they could play their music as loud as they wanted despite numerous attempts to shut them up from me and the office. Then one time, my girlfriend was getting cat calls from a bunch of guys outside in the parking lot just trying to put stuff in the car. They were black, and they were saying, "look at that white girl. I'd like to get ahold of her". We called the police.

I do not even live in complex, but live across the street and have notice people making comments. I don't care who makes the comments, black, white, hispanic, asian, doesn't matter. It is INAPPROPRIATE and the authorities should be invovled. Fighting with fists and using profanity does not solve anything. Instead people need to teach themselves and their children respect for other people!
