To everyone who visits this site, I am a former employee of Alta Ridgewalk and here is the truth......I worked for the former management company, and we were trying our best to fix the problems at "ARW", I will agree with some of the comments that it takes everyone's help to keep a community nice, but in the end Management has to be willing to make some tough decisions! We were willing to take a drop in our occupancy to make "ARW" better. But in the end it came down to Money as far as the owners of "ARW" was concerned. Just so you know the Owners of "ARW" are a company named "WOOD PARTNERS" and maybe you should blame them.....The way it works is "WP" origionally hired our company to come in and manage and lease-up "ARW", that is what we did. Unfortunatly when they had the occupancy they wanted it was time to bring in the NEW less expensive management company to take over. I guess in this case the phrase.....You get what you pay for seems about right! It saddens me to see where this industry has went, I worked in property management for many years and it seems they just don't care for the customer anymore. If I can give you any advise I would tell you to buy a home. What many of you may not know is that with the current real estate market you can buy for the same price as you are paying in rent.
