The worst part is safety. I do not feel safe at all. I have had to call the police 3 times since I've been there. One for a fight, one for breaking and entering attempt, and one for noise. I can't play a game of tennis without 3 sketchy guys watching and putting their two cents in. I run from the car to my apt at night. I wonder whether they really run a criminal report, there are police officers there all the time.
