This place has really gone downhill. The new cheaper mgmt. really don't care about anything but numbers. They say they are going to raise your rent on a new lease "to keep the place beautiful," but it just gets worse. The only problem I see that they have fixed is the dumpster trash, which still gets out of hand. My kids found m80's in the volley ball court with cut fuses, the computer room has been torn up numerous times and is now only open during office hours with a valid id.
This place has the most police calls out of all the apts. in the area (via the onsite police officer)and the are here constantly.
I have lived here since they have opened, and the conveinence has kept me here, but now the problems outweigh the conveience and I will be leaving in 1 month as soon as my lease is up.
My recommendation,find a safe place to live, this is definitly not the place. The insides of the apt. are nice, but a lot of the people (that live and work here) are on drugs or something.The katrina victims (God bless them) seem to have brought the rubbish with them. Also, MANAGEMENT SUCKS! A ups package I had delivered with plane tickets back in May were not found until october! They said they were not a postal service, but when you sign for a package you are responsible!
I could write a book, but I am sure you get the just of the situation. Good luck to all, may the place not self destruct on everyone left!

You know it's funny how somone who has had about 5 calls to their apartment for your boufriend beating you up likes to talk like you are. I live in your building and I have called the police on you so many times it is just sad. Get a life. It's funny how you bless the Katrina victims and won't look at the problems that you have brought to this property. Get a life.

Hey, hear your loud fights and dealt with your alarms and calls that wern't answered. Is that why you were fired? Never took care of your tenants? Well, my "boyfriend" beating me up? No, I don't think so. You are a creepy lowlife and one of the reasons the place sux! Take your wig and choke on it. Maybe you and your "boufriend" will hurry up and move on, your night moves were too loud and oooohhhh the LANGUAGE! Ok gettogirl, look at the problems, oh they fired a main problem....YOU! Enjoy your drugs elsewhere!
