This community is the worst place I have ever been! I have had to deal with the management on many seperate occasions and was very disappointed in their service. They have no empathy and they don't have any concern for the residents here. On top of that, they are unprofessional. A monkey could run this office better than these people! The parking is horrible, Police are there daily due to all the crimes. After reading some of the other reviews, I have to agree in saying that not all of the residents recieve background checks. I know this because conversations I have had with other residents while down at the pool. There is one good thing about this place and that is the playground, unfortunately nobody would want their child to be playing around drug dealings and constant criminal activity. My best advice to anyone who reads this: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, you would be better off finding somewhere else to live!

If you think it's so easy to work in property management ( a monkey can do it I think was what you said) why don't you try it? I'm not defending ARW because as a person who worked in the industry for 15 years I well know that apartment living isn't the greatest, if your'e that unhappy...just move out! I'm tierd of you people talking about "oh they won't let me out of my lease" You can get out of your lease anytime you want, just give a 60 day written notice, pay thru that notice and move out! (if you received a discount when you moved in you will need to pay that also bit let's do some math...the average rent @ ATW is $850 x 2 = $1700 any concession, let's say another $600 = $2300 to leave, maybe a little less or more, my point is that if your that unhappy pay the money and move to Mayberry, but before you go to fantasy land make sure you clean your apartment so your not charged additional fees for damages which later you would dispute even though the office has pictures you would be back on this web site slandering them again.

Your probably the unknown person management is charging has a key to my apartment coming in and out and helping yourself to my thinks. Hey wizard your so smart have you ever thought if people had money to throw around they would have moved to a better place and paid the money for something other than crappppppppppppppppp
