My son and I have lived at Ridgewalk since it opened, and, overall, have been very happy. All of the major complaints - trash at the dumpster, broken gates, noise, are all resident problems. So we have residents with no class or self respect and dogs bigger than they should at an apartment community - I had some bad neighbors when I lived in a subdivision.

On the flip side, the apartments are beautiful and open (my son loves his walk-in closet and own bathroom, and the pool), management has always been helpful and respectful (I don't know who the others are talking to), grounds kept up nice, work requests handled very promptly and its very convenient to the area. I just signed another year's lease.
