DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This place is a total nightmare!!!! I lived here for 2 years and it was the worst 2 years of my life. The dog crap everywhere and the parties until 5am, people jumping the pool fence, the car break ins, the noise from your neighbors, unsupervised children, broken doors, soliciting, overflowing dumpster, broken gates, the rascism, the cat calls at ALL hours of the day or night, dogs barking non-stop, B.S., complete BS. I had to call the police on many occasions to get the teenagers under control. I actually have some of the incidents on camera. Not to mention all of the drug deals going on in the parking lot. People would drop trash and just leave it there and children would climb the freshly planted sapplings and swing on them like a jungle gym until they uprooted. I was always afraid to go to the computer room or the media center or the gym or the pool on the account of all the gangs gathered. The laudry room is just about the safest place to go on the whole property. But I stopped going even to there once a window was busted out by a punk with a baseball bat. We were tailgated in by a Dominoe's pizza driver and he actually rammed into us when the gate was actually working for once. The managment promised us it would get better but they failed to deliver. Even if you complained about the noise from your neighbors they wouldn't resolve the matter. They would just leave it up to you to work out amongst yourselves. Which, in turn, got us threatening letters left taped to our door. Respect for your privacy is not an issue with them. They could careless. The cost of the bills were outragous. I had a 1 bedroom apt. and I have never paid so much on a light bill before in all of my life. I still never have even now that I am not there. Please, listen and trust me. Do not go there. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time like I did mine. Yes, they were nice at first but it went really bad after just a few months. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AT ALL!!!!

Do not move here. My wife and I lived there since it opened a few years ago and at first it was fine, but the place kept changing management companies over and over; probably going to a cheaper company. Dog crap is everywhere. Even though there are doggie stations all around the place people will for some stupid reason walk their dogs on the other side of the street from the station and leave the crap there. We had a garden apartment and often went onto our patio to find some fresh hot crap just off our cement. Noisy neighbors, barking dogs loud parties at the pool, people parking there cars in unauthorized spots, like in the car wash area or the vaccum area. Once I complained to the management that there was a car parked in the car wash area and they actually knew who it was because "he does it all the time". maybe it's ok because usually the water hose was broken anyway. Kids running around unsupervised, beer cans left everywhere, broken gates. I drove past the other day and of course the gates were still broken. My wife and i bought a house two months. If you can buy a house instead i would strongly suggest it. Try getting a FHA loan, even with Ok credit we were able to get a really nice 4 beedroom town house w/finished basement and only had to pay $2500. I can suggest a really good loan officer if you want.

Yes!!! I totally forgot about that! The car wash was a nightmare. Sometimes the hose is broken or most of the time that car was always parked there. The vaccuum was always broken or it took your money. There was a rent-a-cop that patroled the grounds on foot at night when I was there but one day he just disappeared. He was only there for a month or so. He lived on-site but he never 'did' anything. This place has so much potential but they just let it go to waste. Forget about parking anywhere even remotley close to your apartment too after 9pm. I always had a good hike across the parking lot to get to my apartment in the 3000 building. They were very nice when they opened though. I thought it would be a very nice place but it changed very quickly. One time, when the gates were working, the power went out and the gates did not open like they were supposed to and we couldn't leave!! We sat in our apartment for 3 hours waiting to go to work. It almost cost me my job. Now I am renting a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house now for $600 a month and it includes water and I am still in Cherokee County. Keep looking, you will find better places.
