Alta Ridgewalk

I moved into this place with my husband 2 days before I had my daughter, I actually was suppose to move in 1 month earlier but they had to evict someone, luckily all of the appliances were replaced because the guy trashed the place but there were major issues else ware. After I got home from the hospital I called the office everyday for 3 weeks complaining about wholes in the walls that were letting bugs in. Only after I walked down to the office irate did they send someone down to fix the issue. I had no complaints afterward for the next 3 months, then someone moved above me and it became clear how terrible the insulation is, you can hear everything, telephone conversations, arguments and the tv. Not to mention all of the ruckus that takes place outside. Young kids out after curfew and domestic disputes outside. Last night someone was arrested at 3am. Management claims to know who the trouble makers are and swears to evict, but nothing happens. Its the same thing everyday. I don't have problems with bugs, but the noise is horrible, the parking is bad, and if you don't smoke, the breezeways are offensive. I hate this place and I plan on getting out of here before my daughter can say her name. In the winter mold grows time and time again on the window pane.
