I have lived here for a year now and just renewed my lease for another year. I will agree with the complaints about kids running around causing trouble, as well as large groups of young adults that loiter outside of one or two particular buildings. I have had issues with noise/poor insulation, however I have experienced the same problem in any other apartment I've lived in. It comes with the terriorty if you're going to choose to live in an apartment.
As far as the staff (Mgt, Mait. etc) I think they are all great. Very polite. They work hard at handling complaints from what I've seen and experienced.
The appearance of the complex is kept up very well. The complex is only 4 years old and they just repainted the whole thing last summer. The ammenities are great. We have a pool, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and very nice laundry facilities. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone! As I stated before I would just request not to live in buildings 5 or 6, if you want to stay away from the annoyances some are complaining about.

funny you say that as I used to live in 5 and loved it...but I guess tenants change and it can be different now. I have moved to the otherside of the complex and I have enjoyed my time here. I am on my 3rd lease... and have referred several friends. It is all what you make it ... there will always be some noise with people living so close but the evenings and nights are quiet ... I enjoy walking at night and I feel safe. The office staff have always been very nice ... never a problem even with the changes ... ya get what ya give in some instances. So O agree it is a great place for the money ... lots of upgrades and a comfortable environment.

I've lived here in 5 with my son for over 4 years - and still enjoy it. This building does have problems with some noise and loitering (it comes in cycles), but it probably due to the fact that 5 is two-bedrooms; we get a lot of families. I would also point out that problems are caused by tenants, not management - and if it gets bad, management has been quick to respond. As Jp pointed out, great place for the money.
