I've been living here for 4 months and my families experience has been good. We have small children and feel very comfortable. Like some have said, there has been minor issues with some loitering late at night, but the new management has done great things to improve that. The maintenance team is great and very prompt on getting things done. We have a couple of friends that live here too and so far love it!!!
