The Terraces at Towne Lake is a beautiful community and we are so glad to be here. We moved from Michigan a few weeks ago. The apartment is perfect, my neighbors are so nice. We found this place through Rent.com and moved her sight unseen. The experience was great. Sherry in the office, handled all our paperwork and when our move in date arrived, she took us down to our new apartment, it was so beautiful. We are happy to be here in Towne Lake. The kids are loving the school and all their new friends.

I would recommend this community.

I'd like to know what this person thinks in a few more months. Just wait till your kids get to listen to the large crowds of tatooed 20 somethings with inappropriate music and smashing glass beer bottles in the pools. Just wait until the wonderful smell of dog droppings fills the air, just wait until there is another explosion, shooting, SWAT drug raid; let's see what else, oh, the stalker, then there was the guy who threatened to kill someone - he's in jail now for the murder of his wife (slashed her thoat ... but not on the property) and then again, if you like no security; which provides opportunities for OH yeah! another murder and shooting involving a child ... yeah for the terraces! By the way, in case you didn't know. This is all true ... check with the sheriff's department. If I were you I would hope for better management and higher end renters. PS. last time I checked there is a sex offender living in one of the buildings ... but this is true of PACES apts. across the street.

Seriously! I mean, they've been there a few weeks? How can they rate the parking as excellent when it can take that long to get a space on Saturday nights... or any night the ghetto neighbors decide to throw a keg party.. which could really be any night! The good news? There is a high school about a mile away, and they have plenty of parking at night!
