After reading the reviews..I wish I had read this before I moved here. I had no idea that there was a "shooting". I wanted to live in an apartmetn so I wouldnt have to deal with lawn care, now I wish I would have just sucked it up and bought a lawn mower. I've only been here for a month and a half. I feel that we are good residents. We pay bills on time and we are quite. A few of the issues so far, one is I have had four letters on my door since I've lived there. Some say you didnt pay your water bill...well that bill was for September...we didnt move in until November. Then is never got correcterd so we never got a bill for our water and they said they would refuse out rent payment. Now I'm having a problem with another utility...soemthing about not transferrign it to our names...Not true because I've paid every utility at lease once by now. And then there is little things, the gym is in bad shape. The equipment is old, and this was important to us for a number of reasons. And I guess soem things have happened there crime wise and I understand that happens everywhere but what bothers me is the outside lights that our on my building that shine into the parking flicker on and off. Its like a party in this complex, so if you are yound and single this is your place, but if you have a family or about to this is not the way to go. As far as the office staff goes. They are nice. The manager is a little rude but the girls that work up front are very friendly.
