I am a single person,who lives here at the Terraces, I have been here for 2 years and I love this place. I read these bad reviews and wonder, what are these people talking about' This is a big neighborhood, here at Towne Lake, and bad things happen in every neighborhood, Why do people alway talk about bad things'
The good is I love my apartment! The rent is reasonable! My neighbors are so nice, I practically know everyone in the building! The office people and repair technicians are friendly! There is alway an event going on for young people and kids and even for the adults. At renewal time, I did get an increase but it was small...and there is always a contest for $$ off rent or a giveaway!
What do people want' I love my place.

Dont Be Fooled BY this Review, This Place sucks Ass !!!! You will be Sorry If you move in here - this is worse then a downtown ghetto.

I wouldn't say "sucks ass". I prefer the term uninhabitable. it's a big word, and the agents will have to make an effort to find out if it's a compiment or an insult.

If you are single I am sure this place seems great. However, if you have a family this place is horrible. The saying, if I only knew then what I know now, definately applies. I can't wait for my lease to be done. You couldn't pay me to live here again!
