I am current resident who can't wait for my lease to expire. You learn after you move in and share with the locals that you live at the Terraces that its referred as "The Ghetto of Towne Lake." First there is the garbage pile that seems to collect weekly into a mountain worthy of a ski lift at the front of the building. Even though you have to pay the monthly garbage removal fee. Not to mention the garbage throughout the complex from bags that people put on their cars and forget about as they drive to the ONLY disposal in the very front of the building. The bags fall off, get run over and end up everywhere. The weight room is a joke, so don't even bother there. 90% of the lounge chairs in the pool areas are missing slates so are unusable, without discomfort. The breezeways are horrid. Never cleaned or powerwashed so the years of leaky garbage being dragged several flights have left not so pleasant stains everywhere. Cigeratte buds fill almost every conor of the the breezeways and walkways But the worst has to be the amount of dog ---- on every patch of grass in the complex. It amazes me how many residents have no conception of picking up after their animals. I continually watch from my balcony, as owners let their dogs do their business, without an inkling of, "maybe I should pick that up." They are oblivious. I relocted from the North and was quick to sign my lease. Within a week of moving in I got pulled over for a speeding and when the Woodstock police asked where I lived, "The Terraces", their advise to me was...exact words..."move out." Drugs are a culture here. Don't get me wrong, there are no street coner pushers, but if you are looking to score in Towne Lake, chances are you will end up at the Terraces. Lots of single 20 somethings, lots of noise, yes there are some good folks too, but I would bet they a large majority doesn't renew. If you are 20 something, just starting out, this is the place for you. Comments welcome, but keep it real managment, or do something about all the dod ----, that would be a great start!

if you dont like the dog ---- in your comunity then why dont you DO SOMETHING to make the comunity better. the comunity is only as good as ALL the people that live there.

Now that's tellin' it like it is! This review is 100% accurate. The root of the problem? MANAGEMENT!!! Management doesn't care, too lazy to do anything about it, or maybe they just don't know how? Whatever their reasons are, they need to be fired. We need some professionals to clean up this mess. Until then, you don't want to live here.

Trinity...do you expect the community to go around and pick up other people's dog ----? That would just encourage them now wouldn't it? I know one thing for sure...if I were straight out of HS or college...this is where I would be. I could score anything I wanted and never get busted as long as I let the management share.
