If you are a couple, with children, don't live here. I have never been so frustrated with the type of people they let into a supposed "best of the best" apartment complex in my life!! On one side I have a man who beats the crap out of his kids, they slam into doors, walls, outside into our apartment, it's absolutely ridiculous!! Now I have a rock band living underneath me who thinks it's great beating on their drums and slamming their doors all hours of the night. I am so...ahhh. Why put hell raisers in a building where you know there are several families with children. Why!!'

As a couple with children about to move in, I was afraid to see what this review said. Although, the man beating his kids is horrible, which by the way should be reported, I would hardly count a kid playing the drums downstairs a warning for parents. I'm sure it is annoying but I thought you were going to say kids were getting abducted or something. If he plays the drums after 10pm just call the cops, there are disturbance laws. (That's how it is in FL anyway.) I'd take drums over high crime any day.

I AGREE1 i would take drums and a rock band over perverted people and crime anyday. concerned parent!!!!!!!!!

I thank you I am a very concerned parent. The people that lived beneath me where college kids that partied all hours of the night. It wasn't a kid w/ drums it was a band. Not only that they threw glass beer bottles in the grass, cursed, yelled and speed through the parking lots. We called the office and the "security officer" several times but nothing was done. Not only that this crappy apartment complex had 2 shootings, several drug busts and one child tied to a pole and beaten by other children while we lived there. My goodness people stop being so judgemental. I lived here for almost 2 yrs. If you haven't lived here you can't judge me or my parenting skills.
