HORRIBLE

Avoid this place. I have lived in two different apartments in this complex. Both were very ------. The matentaince staff will come in to your apartment whenever they feel like it. I was stepping out of the shower when the matentaince guy just tapped once, turned the key and came in. I had never put in a work order. He didn't think I was home. Then, later, it happened again. Scares me to think what they do when I'm gone. The atrocious, ignorant, and pretentious staff will not and cannot help you. Monkeys could do their job. They print things off the computer, lick stamps, and say "You owe us money" like trained parrots. Good luck having an intelligent, logical, compassionate conversation with those people. No matter what you do, when you move out expect to be billed for at least $500 for damages that were there when you moved in. No slack, no humanity. Just mean people trying to take advantage of hardworking ones. STAY AWAY. Please. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this.

For all of you who are as disappointed as "HORRIBLE...fromtheterracesuck" why do you rent? Why not buy an affordable home like the one on 1385 Chatley Way, Woodstock, in the Wellington Manor subdivision? You'd be surprised how easy the financing is!

I disagree with the compassionate part. There is one person in the office with compassion. I also disagree with the whole billing after leaving thing. I was a very lucky person when I moved out in regards to the way I was treated. Matter of fact I think they were just happy to see me go.
