The Terraces have a nice complex, the amenities are great, but nothing ever works the way it is supposed to. The pools are always shut down, or the gate doesn't work, or you are constantly getting notices on your door.The girl that helped us with our lease was wonderful, and she quit her job here a few months ago. God, we miss her.There are some good things. My neighbors are great. We have one that constantly calls the office and because they have lived here longer, I guess they get preferential treatment, because we are the one who get the notices. The playground and pools are nice, again, when they work. The playground has no shade, so on hot days don't go out there. My little boy burnt his hand on the swing because it was so hot. The pit bull restriction is ridiculous. You can't make someone get rid of there dog because of a few(well a bunch) of stupid people. Not all pits are mean. Maybe a pre-move-in evaluation of the dog would be a little better' Leash laws definatley need to be enforced. Mostly good apartments but not worth the price.
