I finally received my rent money back from the month of July after my apartment burned down.The complex chose to charge me for the three days that I lived there and they also didn't give me back $100 on my deposit.This place is a ripoff.They are crooks who don't care.As long as they get their money they don't give a crap what happens to anyone else.Even if it means taking money from someone who just lost everyone.NEVER LIVE HERE!! The worst experience of my life!

So sorry to hear how they treated you....but glad that no one was physically hurt in the fire. Consider yourself one of the lucky ones to be out of this ghetto complex.

This complex is indeed ghetto! They're the worst apartment complex in the Towne Lake Area. The traffic is horrible due to the high school and middle school. The office staff is unprofessional. Call the better business bureau and report them....
