The biggest flaw I found with the Terraces is that no one in the leasing office knows where to put whom. They put college kids with families. Roughnecks with the civilized. You have lesbians kissing at the pool. Not just any lesbians, but those who work in the leasing office. I have nothing against anyone's lifestyle and have more than my share of --- friend's, but the PDA in front of the residents is too much.

On a positive note you have one of the office managers who does not play. She will light a fire in you if you can't get your crap straight.

The thing that blows my mind is how the terraces went from one of the premier places to live 3 years ago and now resembles something out of College Park with the people that are being let in.
